Tourism is a complex socio-economic phenomenon, it serves as a means of cross-cultural exchange, and in some cases can be a way to resolve many crisis situations. In the course of the study, an overview of innovative trends, technologies and developments in the tourism industry in modern conditions was made, the world trends in the development of the innovative tourism industry were analyzed in detail, and trends in the development of technologies that will be in demand in the future were considered.
