Digitalization of regulations as a separate process of society's transition to a new stage of development

In this article, the authors examine the impact of digitalization on the form of the law. In addition, significant emphasis is placed on the process of digitalization of rule-making itself. The authors identified both positive and negative aspects of the process. Digitalization as a separate process can no longer be stopped, which means that this transition of society to another stage of its own development will inevitably affect the legal sphere.
