Digitalization of notary activities during the pandemic of coronoviral infection in the Russian Federation

This article analyzes the digital format of notarial activities during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic in the Russian Federation in 2020. The problems and prospects of further development of "electronic notary" are considered. The article focuses on the need for the progressive development of an active model of modern notaries, the need to introduce new forms and technologies in notarial activities in order to guarantee all-round assistance to participants in civil legal relations.
