Digitizing the adoption support process agrotechnological solutions. Substantiation of the infrastructure of the automation system for diagnostics of tractor engines

The feasibility of using information modeling with modern digital technologies for the development of an infrastructure for the automation system of diagnosing and managing the technical condition of tractor engines has been demonstrated, and the main information flows and their interactions have been identified. The application of advanced cloud infrastructure for calculating parameters based on data arrays of the current state of tractor engines, received in real-time from the onboard diagnostic and management system, data and knowledge analysis, and the development of alternative solutions has been substantiated. This approach significantly simplifies the architecture of technical and software tools, eliminating the need for a powerful server fleet directly within the agricultural enterprise. For system implementation, a preliminary domain-oriented set of instrumental software tools and solutions for creating digital technology for determining engine power using the diagnostic signal of crankshaft acceleration in tractor engines has been proposed. Further steps in system development include in-depth research and testing of the onboard diagnostic and management system, integration and optimization of the remote cloud infrastructure, enrichment of the system with ready-made technical solutions for the development and training of mathematical models for the operational assessment of tractor engine operational parameters, as well as the creation of an intuitive user interface. In our opinion, the ongoing research has the potential for development in the direction of creating and improving software and hardware tools for the technical service of the machine and tractor fleet, which is necessary to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the crop production agricultural enterprise.
