This paper considers the SCOR model as an industry standard for supply chain planning and control. The study focuses on the evolution of the model, starting with its appearance in the 1990s and ending with the analysis of the latest versions that take into account the current challenges of the transport industry, including digitalization and globalization. The importance of the model lies in its versatility and adaptability to various fields of activity in the market of transport and logistics services, which makes it indispensable for the successful management of business processes in logistics. The authors show in the article that the development of new technologies such as SCOR modeling, big data tools, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and blockchain technologies allows companies to obtain accurate forecasts and quickly respond to changes in supply chains, increasing transparency and traceability of supplies, which contributes to faster identification and minimization of risks within the framework of effective risk management. At the same time, marketing plays a vital role in the success of global supply chain management, as it helps to create demand and develop customer relationships.
