The study highlights the main trends currently used in the management of various types of systems - the modern experience and examples of the application of methods of digitalization in various fields: financial and public sector, social infrastructure and other areas. Identified the most relevant areas in these types of activities - they are associated with the transfer and use of significant amounts of information and interaction with customers: the search for new ways of communication, faster approaches to work and new services and changing approaches to work that will allow organizations to become more competitive and improve their financial position.
