Digitalization of vocational education management in modern socio-economic conditions

Digitalization is an important factor in ensuring the effectiveness of vocational education. Taking into account modern socio-economic conditions, digitalization in education is considered as a didactic method, form, means and condition for the effectiveness of education, as a universal technical means of replacing analog technologies from education, and also as an analogue of the principle of informatization of education. The optimal use of digitalization in solving the problems of vocational education is possible in almost all areas of activity of educational organizations, including in the implementation of education management. The article substantiates the need to prepare participants in the educational process for the use of digital technologies. Based on the analysis of approaches to the problem of digitalization of vocational education management, aspects of solving this problem are highligh-ted, the concept of a digital educational cluster of vocational education management is introduced. The article shows that effective management of vocational education is possible in a digital educational cluster. In accordance with the functions, management areas are presented in which the use of digital information technologies is mandatory, auxiliary or unacceptable. At the same time, the authors define a number of aspects of vocational education management that should not allow the replacement of the teacher's personality with digital educational online technologies.
