Discussed are the results of assessment of the digital development of the regions of Belarus in 2024, which confirm the main benchmark – a focus on the regions. The opinions of their residents, in particular, their satisfaction with digital services served the basis for assessing the digital development of the administrative-territorial units. Employing this indicator enabled to assess the digital state of each region of the republic and identify the most and least developed among them. The three most developed include Minsk, Grodno and Vitebsk regions, the majority of their representatives are satisfied with the digital services of the region. The digital infrastructure is less developed in Brest, Minsk and Mogilev regions, even less – in Gomel region. Uncovered is a negative correlation between the level of satisfaction with digital services and inability to assess these services due to the lack of need or opportunity for residents to use them. The results obtained can be applied to for developing specific measures for further development of each region of Belarus and improving its digital ecosystem.
