Digital strategic management: problems and prospects

The article considers the need for the digital strategic management formation of the industrial enterprises as a response to the digital economy's challenges. The key scenarios, the implementation of which will have a significant impact on the economy of the future, are highlighted. The basic forms of implementation of digital solutions are specified. It is specified that the subject of management and the object of management in strategic decisions should be presented at least in the form of three elements: the object (subject), its digital representation and decentralized database. It is shown that adaptation of existing methods of strategic management is not enough to solve the problems of modern management. The article presents the key problems of formation of industrial enterprises and complexes strategies in the digital economy. It is concluded that a key area of strategic management is the development of motivation and communication features.
