Digital ecosystems in the service economy

Global digitalization has become a factor that dramatic impacts on all spheres of socioeconomic life of society, including the emergence of new forms of business organization in the form of digital ecosystems. It is shown that the service economy acts as an important component of the national economy and its role is constantly increasing. Digital ecosystems can be created at various levels of the economy, including mega-, macro-, meso- and micro-levels, but most often they are formed at the meso-industrial level. The article is aimed at study the prospects for the creation and directions of development of digital ecosystems within the Russian service economy. The advantages of organizing economic activity in the form of digital ecosystems for all its participants are considered. It is shown that this new form of business organization makes it possible to implement such principles as complementarity and win-win, which are of particular importance in the economy of the service sector. The development of digital ecosystems is a key area of digitalization in the service economy.
