The subject of this article is the analysis of the process of introducing digital educational platforms as a tool to improve the efficiency of employees. The serious pressure of the external environment creates the problems of providing qualified personnel, primarily for industrial enterprises, and objectively leads to the need to take urgent measures to counteract these problems. The authors conducted a study that established the most vulnerable subsystems of the personnel management system in the context of dependence on external factors. The external environment has the most negative impact on the level of labor efficiency through a decrease in the professional level of workers and the problem of providing industrial enterprises with personnel. At the same time, it is shown that there are tendencies that compensate for problem areas with new opportunities, in particular, related to educational technologies. The concept of introducing a digital educational platform as the main tool for the implementation of the corporate training system is presented, and its capabilities in the field of increasing the involvement and motivation of employees in the continuous growth of professional and managerial qualifications are shown. The results of the implementation of the digital educational platform at the major metallurgical enterprise in our country are presented.
