Digital technologies in quality management socio-cultural activities: organizational approach

The article examines the impact of digital technologies on the quality management of socio cultural activities, the development of strategies for its further development. It is argued that the appeal to the analysis of the essential foundations of the categorical determinants of digitalization in the sphere of socio cultural activity makes it possible to assess the readiness of cultural institutions for digitalization the regulator of the transition to a new technological order based on an organizational approach. The importance of struc turing the process of promoting digital technologies in the quality management of the organization of socio cultural activities is shown. The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of consolidation of quality management of the organization of socio cultural activities and digital technologies based on a comparative analysis of virtual and augmented reality technologies; correlation of the processes of formation of digital culture of managers, digital literacy of visitors with the specifics of quality management of socio cultural activities.
