Digital technology in the management of business processes

More and more attention in the modern world is paid to the digital economy and the introduction of new technologies in the practice of various social and industrial institutions. This is not a fashion statement, but a requirement of the time. At the same time, all the new processes of digitalization bring into the practice of management not only new opportunities, but also the dangers associated with information access. And, accordingly, reducing the level of security and trade secrets and confidential data of managers, which leads to a violation of the balance of interests and reduces the level of competitiveness of enterprises and organizations. This situation is considered in the article on the example of a decentralized Protocol - blockchain, which is a serious step in ensuring information security. Blockchain technology will make its adjustments in the sphere of education, namely in terms of confirmation and improvement of qualifications, accreditation and licensing, personnel management and ratings, intellectual property control. The article presents arguments for and against «cloud» data storage in terms of privacy and information security. Thus, the implementation of this Protocol in the management system as a whole can cause historical changes for employers.
