Бесплатный доступ

In connection with the active penetration of digital technologies into all spheres of human life, the question of the advantages of these technologies and the challenges it produces is raised. This issue is considered in the context of the impact of digitalization on labor relations. The author comes to the conclusion that new technologies create new opportunities for parties to the employment relationship, in particular, the translation of the personnel turnover document into electronic form. At the same time, a number of problems are indicated, such as the large-scale robotization of production leads to a massive release of workers and a disproportion between demand and supply in the labor market, as well as to changes in its conjecture. In the article the author suggests ways of solving the indicated problems.
