The Civilization of Cognitive Technologies: Problems of Transition and Construction

The subject of research in the article is: the definition of the key need of a civilization of cognitive technologies; the process of humanization of civilization, which results in the transition from utilitarian social ties to psycho-emotional (in the form of love), accompanied by the emergence of new risks; the social consequences of the transition to a civilization of cognitive technologies, one of the most acute manifestations of which is the “release” of a significant part of workers due to their replacement by cognitive systems; possible scenarios for the transition to a civilization of cognitive technologies. The research methodology is based on previous studies conducted with the participation of the authors in the field of the civilization of cognitive technologies, the humanization of social relations and the transformation of forms of manifestation of needs, existing tools for analyzing the employment structure of the population, a scenario approach to forecasting socio-economic processes. The main result of this study is an understanding of the emerging cognitive technology civilization, the challenges of transition, and the risks associated with the changing nature of social ties.
