The civilization and value foundations of historical genesis in the Russian management system

The universalist-monistic approach is predominant in the modern discourse about ways for economic development of Russia. The recognition of a special Russian civilization assumes modeling of a relevant economic system. Reconstruction of the Russian civilization system of values defines the worldview maxims for the new economic policy. The maxims are not limited to the increase in the national produce and the national income. The new economic policy model is in the context of specific civilization continuum to provide adequate description of the foundation for the new model implementation.
