Does COVID-19 give the right to a discount: the legal subtitles of e-education

The article highlights some of the debatable issues of using distance technologies and e-learning in higher education. The author analyzes force majeure circumstances caused by the coronavirus pandemic, and also puts forward a number of proposals for streamlining educational relations in this period. The article presents the author's position on the influence of distance technologies on the level, type and form of student education, and also analyzes the possible legal consequences of litigation caused by students' claims on the quality of the educational process.
