The educational work of Bashkir medical workers' faculty in the 30-ies of the XX century

The article examines the educational work of Bashkir medical workers' faculty in 1930s based on archival material. It illustrates its rich positive experience in future specialists' training. A big attention is paid to the development of the resource base of the faculty. Its curricula and syllabuses were examined, as well as teaching methods and techniques. The cycle of general and special educational disciplines, the number of teaching hours and the methodology of the lessons' organizing were viewed. The article discloses the content, forms and techniques of the graduates' training. A big attention is paid to the educational practice, which was organized as excursions to anatomy and physiological laboratories and museums in research institutes as well as to the techniques of the students' fine and correct handwriting formation. The author has conducted the analysis and compared teachers' and students' questionnaires' data.
