The activities of the Perm Provincial Zemstvo to prevent natural disasters in the Perm province at the beginning of the 20th century

The article reveals the activities of the Perm Provincial Zemstvo in the fight against natural disasters and emergencies in the early twentieth century. The article describes the scale of a major flood in the Perm province in the spring of 1914 and the activities of the Perm Provincial Zemstvo to overcome the consequences of flooding in the Perm province. There were also fire-fighting measures in the field of view of local self-government bodies.
