Improving the system of educational institutions management on the basis of logistic approach

The article gives recommendations regarding improvement of the system of educational institutions management on the basis of logistic approach. It is proved that the foundation of marketing and logistic center, responsibility centers, resource provision subsystem and data base will allow to increase the work effectiveness of both each university department and university itself in general.
