The paper shows the effect of reduced (up to 5 oC and 20 oC) and increased (up to 45 oC) incubation temperatures on the area, volume, large and small diameters of erythrocytes and polymorphonuclear leukocytes Anasplatyrhynchos. It was found that incubation of red and white blood cells in vitro at temperatures of 20 oC and 45 oC contributes to a decrease, at a temperature of 5 oC - an increase in morphometric parameters of Anasplatyrhynchoshemocytes, with the exception of the volume index, which is resistant to changes in incubation temperatures. At both low and elevated incubation temperatures, Anasplatyrhynchos erythrocytes retain an oval shape, the surface roughness of the plasmalemma, the nucleus is located in the center of the cell and protrudes above the surface of the plasmalemma. The white blood cells of Anasplatyrhynchos are rounded at different temperature conditions, the surface of the cells has a rough appearance.
