Делирий является предиктором неблагоприятного исхода как при инфаркте миокарда (ИМ), так и при других нозологиях. Несмотря на рост интереса к данной проблеме, эффективных способов прогнозирования, профилактики и лечения делирия не найдено. Данный обзор литературы освещает актуальные представления об этиологии, патогенезе делирия, подходах к профилактике и лечению, особенностях делирия у больных ИМ, содержит анализ проведенных клинических исследований и метаанализов с выявлением причин их неудач и поиском перспективных направлений для дальнейших исследований этого синдрома.
