Dental implantation at the atrophy of alveolar shoot at top jaw on the molars level

With an insufficient height and width of bone tissue on the level of maxillary sinus bottom operations a sinus-lifting was performed to 167 patients. 209 operations of sinus-lifting are executed, 438 implants in the form of fang are entered. When carrying out 189 operations of sinus-lifting by the technique developed by authors, damages of membrane are revealed in 10 cases (5,3%). When carrying out operations on traditional technique the damage of Schneider membrane arose in 3 cases (15,0%), at one patient operation of sinus-lifting, in view of extensive perforation of mucous membrane, it wasn't succeeded to execute. The positive result is reached by use of piezosurgery device VARIOSURG, a membrane from plasma enriched with platelets, and elimination of negative influence on Schneider's membrane by changes of pressure arising at breath.
