Депрессивное настроение и якоря карьеры у российских студентов-медиков

Введение. Люди помогающих профессий более подвержены эмоциональному выгоранию и депрессивным состояниям. У будущих медиков еще на этапе обучения в университете отмечается усиление депрессивного настроения. Несмотря на то, что эта проблема изучена довольно широко, роль социально-когнитивных факторов пока недостаточно исследована. Цель статьи - проанализировать связь между якорями карьеры и уровнем депрессивного настроения у российских студентов медицинского вуза. Материалы и методы. Для изучения проблемы был проведен опрос, в котором приняли участие 864 студента Саратовского ГМУ им. В. И. Разумовского. Использовались следующие методики: шкала депрессии В. Зунга (SDS) в адаптации Т. Балашовой и диагностика якорей карьеры Э. Шейна в адаптации В. А. Чикер. Методы анализа данных: тесты Шапиро - Уилка и Флигнера - Киллина, критерии Вилкоксона - Манна - Уитни и Неменьи, двухвесовой корреляционный анализ. Поиск предикторов депрессивного настроения осуществлен при помощи метода обобщенных аддитивных моделей. Результаты исследования. По итогам исследования было определено, что якоря карьеры являются предикторами депрессивного настроения. Ориентации на служение и профессиональную компетентность снижают выраженность депрессивного настроения, при этом связь носит нелинейный характер. Согласно полученным данным, стремление студентов к интеграции разных сфер своей жизни и организации деятельности других людей отрицательно связано с депрессивным настроением, но связь носит линейный характер. Якорь карьеры на автономию усиливает выраженность депрессивного настроения. Обсуждение и заключение. Результаты исследования вносят вклад в понимание сложности связи между депрессивностью и социально-когнитивными факторами. На практике результаты могут быть использованы при разработке комплекса мер, предупреждающих риск развития депрессии у медицинских работников на этапе обучения в университете.
