Research of prevalence of depressive disorders was carried out among 354 patients of a specialized cardiological hospital. Syndromologic and nosologic structure and clinical features of depressive disorders, revealed in 60 (16,95%) cardiac patients are presented. Psychometric estimated scales, clinically-psychopathological and experimentally-psychological methods are used in this study. The expediency of psychiatric consultation in conditions of a cardiological hospital is shown.
