Public and private partnership (PPP) projects play an important role in providing high-quality public services. Cooperation between the state and the private sector allows you to combine resources, expertise and experience to implement innovative projects and improve the services provided. In addition, the partnership between the state and the private sector contributes to the development of the economy, the creation of new jobs and the improvement of the competitiveness of the country as a whole. Therefore, the support and development of public-private partnership projects is of great importance for providing high-quality public services and improving the lives of citizens. However, when implementing PPP projects, the private party faces a number of problems that complicate the progress of construction or make it impossible at all. The article examines the administrative barriers that arise during the implementation of PPP projects and methods of their solution.
