Determinants of the social infrastructure development in the concept of the local community theory

In the article the authors show their position on the determining factors of social infrastructure in social infrastructure development. The social infrastructure plays an important role in the development of the region and the formation of its attractiveness. Social infrastructure of some regions of the Russian Federation and changes of the infrastructure are influenced by diverse factors: economic, social, demographic, natural-climatic, urban, national-cultural. There are factors that have a determinative, decisive influence on the development of social infrastructure. Using the principle of determinism and the conceptual provisions of the theory of the local community, the causal relationship between the determinants and the process of social infrastructure development is revealed.
