“Childish” ergonyms of Rostov-on-Don: lexical and semantic way to form

The article deals with the lexical and semantic way to form the one-word onymic components of the appellative and onymic complexes that are used for the objects’ naming, whose production, goods and services are oriented at children. There is stated that the “childish” ergonyms are formed in the result of the transonymization of onyms of other kinds, the metaphoric and metonymic onymization of appellatives and the use of the foreign units.
