The images of children in "English" plays of G.Gorin

The article studies the concept of images of children in 3 plays of G. Gorin: “The Plague on Both your Houses!”, “Kean IV”, “King’s Games”. In the center of all three plays are the relationship of the couple and the birth of their child. On the one hand child becomes the reason of crisis in the couple’s relationship (or the relationships of the couple with people around them). But on the other hand children remain the symbols of hope, kindness and future. The plays are also chosen for the analysis because their “initial plot which has strong connection with English literature, culture and history.
