Parent-children relationship in the context of family violence: sociological aspect

In the article the empirical data about the problem of family violence are analysed which were collected during the questionnaire poll of 182 parents who have children aged from 4 to 18 and who live in Saratov region. The most popular types, form and reasons for the family violence were revealed, the necessity of conducting informational and preventive work was proved which aims to decrease the level of violence in the family.
