Диабетическая энцефалопатия при сахарном диабете в детском возрасте: патофизиология и клинические проявления (обзор)

Цель: представить современные научные сведения, касающиеся патофизиологических и клинических особенностей диабетической энцефалопатии (ДЭ) у детей с сахарным диабетом (СД) I типа. Проанализированы 44 научные работы с использованием баз данных Cochrane Library, PubMed, eLibrary.ru, Medscape по поисковым запросам: «сахарный диабет у детей и подростков», «диабетическая энцефалопатия», «патофизиология диабетической энцефалопатии в детском возрасте», «клинические проявления диабетической энцефалопатии в детском возрасте». Временной интервал анализируемой литературы: 2008-2021 гг. Представлены общая характеристика, этиология, патофизиология и клинические проявления ДЭ у детей и подростков на фоне СД I типа. Сделан вывод о том, что понимание механизмов развития данного осложнения и своевременная диагностика помогут минимизировать прогрессирование нарушения центральной нервной системы у данного контингента больных.
