Diagnostic efficiency of obstetricians in recognition of depressive disorder in pregnant women with history of miscarriage

Based on analysis of two carried out studies of diagnostics of depressive disorder in pregnant women with history of miscarriage by mental health professionals in one study and obstetricians-gynecologists in another one it was shown that obstetricians are highly effective in recognition of affective pathology. For diagnostics of depressive disorder obstetricians-gynecologists used program for PC “Prognosis of development of depression in pregnant women with history of miscarriage” and diagnostic criteria of ICD-10.
