In the present work inspection of 117 women with pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID) is lead: 82 patients with sharp, or an exacerbation chronic PID, without the center of destruction and 35 - with purulent PID. It is established, that the greatest diagnostic value by way of definition of objective attributes of destructive process such parameters as increased ESR, increase of band neutrophiles and antiovarian antibodies, at presence in structure of bacterial associations of representatives anaerobic florae, such as Propionibacterium and Bacteroides fragilis, with simultaneous decrease in parameters of the general fiber of whey of blood and oppression of activity succinic dehydrogenase in lymphocytes, at IUD users in the age of are more senior than 35 years possess. Hence, the specified parameters can serve for the forecast of development of destructive process of organs of a small basin and for duly carrying out of surgical treatment.
