Diagnostic findings in constrictive myelopathy

Бесплатный доступ

The results of our investigations said the most informative method for the diagnosis of constrictive myelopathy is magnetic resonance imaging. Computed tomography with myelography is more sensitive in the diagnosis of subarachnoid diverticulum and allows a more detailed assessment of bone structures. Radiographically determined diagnostically significant changes in the spinal column, such as dysplasia of the articular processes of the thoracic vertebrae, sphenoid deformity of the vertebrae, and intervertebral disc disease.
