The experience of applying multislice computer tomography in pre- and postoperative period of treatment of 12 patients having the Fallot tetralogy associated with hypoplasia of fibrous ring and pulmonary artery trunk is presented in the article. Multisclice computer tomography is concluded to allow to diagnose the variant anatomy of pulmonary artery root obstruction in patients having congenital valvular disease associated with decreased pulmonary blood flow.
