Background. Alcohol dependence, due to the toxic effect of alcohol on the brain, is associated with a complex of disorders in emotional response, regulation of behavior, autonomic disorders, with a decrease in cognitive functioning and the function of the coordinating-motor sphere. Assessment of the cognitive and neurological status of patients with alcohol dependence is a valuable tool for obtaining objective data used in the development of personalized rehabilitation programs. Objective. Determination of indicators characterizing the cognitive and coordinating-motor functioning of patients with alcohol dependence, for further application of these characteristics in evaluating the effectiveness of personalized therapy. Material and Methods. Based on Addictive States Department of Mental Health Research Institute of Tomsk National Research Medical Center, 43 male patients diagnosed with alcohol dependence were examined (heading “Mental and behavioral disorders due to use of alcohol” - F10) before and after detoxification, neurometabolic, psycho-pharmacological therapy. With the help of experimental psychological testing, a study of cognitive functions (the level of attention and cognitive control by the Go/No-Go method, spatial working memory by the Corsi method, cognitive flexibility by the Stroop test) was carried out. The method of static stabilometry was used to study the function of balance and regulation of body balance. Results. In accordance with the data obtained, significant stabilometric and neuropsychological indicators were selected: the speed of movement of the center of pressure, the area of the statokinesiogram, energy consumption, attentiveness and cognitive flexibility. The indicators are informative enough for objectification and functional diagnosis of neurological disorders in drug addicted patients.
