Diagnosis of conflicts in the student environment: individual approach

Based on the theoretical analysis, a problem related to the diagnosis of conflicts in the student environment has been identified. To solve this problem, an individual approach to the diagnosis of students' conflict behavior was developed and justified. The essence of this approach lies in the fact that the individual does not realize many of the motives of his behavior, which for the most part are the primary sources of conflict behavior. This is due to the activity of not only the individual unconscious of the individual, but also the collective. As a result, it is concluded that the unconscious is the source of conflicts between people, and their causes are related to the peculiarities of the formation of social attitudes (first of all, subject - object and subject - subject).
