Diagnostics of the formation of the general professional competence of bachelor students of the training program 38.03.03 "Management" with the help of Rotter internal-external control scale

The article analyzes the potential of using the diagnostics tool of the formation of the general professional competence of bachelor students - Rotter Internal-External Control Scale. There is given the review of the professional scientific literature of using the psychological tests in the diagnostics of students competence. There is suggested and tested the new unconventional way of evaluating the general professional competencies.
