Diagnostics of the State of Social Integration of New Regions of the Russian Federation and Ways to Increase Its Effectiveness

The article provides a diagnostic analysis of the current state of social integration processes in the new subjects of the Russian Federation that became part of the country in 2022. It examines key dimensions of the national adaptation policy, including legal, educational, healthcare, cultural, and informational integration. Based on regulatory documents, expert assessments, and empirical data, the study identifies major challenges affecting the depth and sustainability of integration. A structural framework of factors shaping social inclusion is proposed, along with an evaluation of the effectiveness of the applied measures. Particular attention is given to interagency coordination and the involvement of local communities. Drawing from best practices, the paper con-cludes with a set of policy recommendations aimed at enhancing social resilience in the newly incorporated regions.
