Бесплатный доступ

The paper proposes and describes a method for PCR diagnostics of bovine immunodeficiency virus. The study included the selection of primers for PCR to detect BIV, optimization of concentration and temperature-time conditions for PCR diagnostics of cattle immunodeficiency provirus, screening of cattle, and studying the features of BIV distribution. Based on the results of the presented study, primers for PCR diagnostics of BIV were selected and synthesized. Optimal conditions for PCR diagnostics of the virus were determined. 157 cattle were screened. 101 animals infected with VBI were identified. The wide prevalence of the virus in the territory of the Bryansk region was determined.
