Dialectics of social nomadism of postmodernity

The article deals with the phenomenon of social nomadism as a way of life connected with the loss of stability, statuarity, consisting in the mobile relocation. The author studies such a precondition of nomadism functioning as smooth space and its opposition - striated space. The paper also considers the social processes which make the smooth space to generate forced stops, and induces the striated space to move, which gives evidence of the dialectical interaction of the nomadic and the sedentary in the social field.
