The article tells about the perfection of a personality’s spiritual development from the dialogue of cultures consideration closely connected with the culturological approach to training and education on the whole. Literary classes play a great role in this process, in particular. The author considers that the level of a learner’s personality spiritual development is determined by the degree of her/his orientation towards universal human values.
