This article focuses on the problem of dialogical communication subjects of educational process as an effective condition of education capacity for self-organization among students. For a deeper understanding of the process of education self-organization of students, special attention is given to concepts of communication. Because in the process of communication the student translates from the object position to the position of the subject control their actions through relationships in the learning process.
