Cash income's differentiation of Buryatia: problems and prospects

This article is devoted to the problems of money incomes of population differentiation in today's economy, which today is one of the most debated issues in contemporary so-ciety. Differences in income per person or wage per employee called income differen-tiation, or the differentiation of wages. In the Republic of Buryatia, as well as for Russia as a whole, there is a differentiation in the average monthly gross wages of employees of organizations of different sectors, so a person's income is dependent on the individu-al's professional preferences.
