Differentiation of infants’ state of health according to parental social status

The article compares infants’ state of health according to the social status of their families. As a result of the analysis of medical histories we have revealed the differences in disease incidences in the four frequently encountered groups of nosologies. There are inversions of morbidity in children from well-off and sociopathic families. It is necessary to monitor the physical development and psychoemotional state of children, to correct abnormalities, to organize measures for the rehabilitation. Coordinated collaboration with social security agencies can improve the situation. In addition, the level of material support for children''s polyclinics should be raised, it is necessary to create consulting rooms for infants, provide them with new equipment, toys for improving the at- mosphere at reception, to organize waiting rooms, spacious halls with upholstered furniture of special design, patronage and transport services.
