In the prescuce of significant resemblance according to criteria of depressions of ICD-10, differing by their pathogeny, we determined significant differences between them. Both in clinical status and on the results of experimental psychological research. Findings testify to, that combination of the symptoms of organic and endogenous pathology comes to worsening of clinical status significantly. Thus, clinical, anamnestic, dynamical methods being leading in diagnosing of specifity depressions, undoubtedly, are required in additional objectification. It is provided for use of standard clinical tests and experimental psychological methods.
