Differential-diagnostic markers of a co-morbidity of exogenousorganic brain diseases and neurotic disorders in the former military personnel

The issues of diagnostics of co-morbidity of exogenous-organic brain diseases with neurotic disorders in the former military personnel are discussed in the paper. Clinical-psychological examination of 513 patients has been conducted. The most common psycho-pathological symptoms typical for this group of patients have been revealed. The main differential-diagnostic markers of combination of exogenous-organic pathologies and neurotic disorders in the former military personnel have been identified.
