Differentiated approaches to the diagnosis of milk into lerance in geriatrics

Clinical pathogenetic variants of milk intolerance in elderly and senile ages and their differential diagnosis criteria are presented in the article. We examined 120 subjects of elderly and senile ages. Status of digestive tract organs, lactose tolerant test, specific allergic diagnosis were determined. Milk is the main product in the structure of food intolerance products in females and males of elderly ages (53,4% and 46,4%) and senile ages (55,6% and 42,9%). Mechanisms of milk intolerance in elderly and senile ages are concluded to be heterogeneous, which allows to define clinical -pathogenic variants of milk intolerance and to determine main differential diagnosis criteria.
