The relevance of the study of the content of digital education ethics is due to the active development and introduction of digital technologies in education, including higher education. The purpose of the study is to identify ethical problems that arise during the digitalization of higher education and to formulate moral dilemmas of digital education ethics. Based on the modern research, the author examines the main trends in the development of higher education in the context of digitalization; ethical problems arising during the digitalization of higher education; the dilemmas of the ethics of digital education are formulated. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the dilemmas of digital education ethics are formulated and their content is analyzed on the basis of the identified ethical problems. Disadvantages and positive potential of digitalization of higher education are identified. It is concluded that the designation of ethical problems in the form of a moral dilemma can contribute to determining the content of the ethics of digital education, which will expand the understanding of the ethical criteria for the use of innovative technologies in higher education.
