Currently, research in the field of microbiology is relevant, many methods have been developed for research at the cellular and molecular level. This paper presents a method of dynamic fractometry for the study of intracellular processes of biological objects. The MIREA Coherent Phase Microscopy laboratory has developed a method of dynamic phase refractometry. The method was applied to the study of neurons, a phase image was obtained, dynamics was recorded and investigated using the developed technique.
